Our wind machine, a sight to see and hear, has provided us protection for seventeen acres of vines when widespread frosts have been forecast. This addition along with our new wells and irrigation systems, have all been investments in control to enable us to annually produce a high quality crop. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A Second Pack Line
A second pack line is being installed to meet the demand for our Passion Poppers. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Passion Popper Expansion for 2007 !
The new view We completed a new six acre project which added Blocks #6, #7, and #8. They now include well groomed raised beds, t-bars and high tensile wires to support a kiwi canopy.
Blocks number six and seven have been planted with juvenile Passion Popper vines, as well as those areas in other arbors where hundreds of test trial vines have been removed . ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Check back for updates in the near future!
